William F. Waggoner DDS., MS.

Dr. Waggoner is the founder and owner of Galaxy Smiles of Las Vegas, Pediatric Dental Care Associates, and Kids Dental Safari. He has been a pediatric dentist for nearly 40 years. He administrates all 3 practices and now limits his clinical care to children requiring treatment in the surgical centers. He also serves as the Chief Dental Officer for NuSmile Crowns, a multi-national dental products company.

Dr. Waggoner has been in practice in Las Vegas since 1996. He graduated from the West Virginia University College of Dentistry in 1980 and completed his Master of Science degree in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Iowa in 1982. From 1982-1995, Dr. Waggoner held full-time academic appointments at the University of Oklahoma. College of Dentistry and the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Waggoner has numerous research publications in peer-reviewed dental journals and is the author of a chapter in a popular pediatric dental textbook. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American College of Dentists. Dr. Waggoner has given many presentations on the subject of dentistry for children in over 30 states and 14 countries. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Nevada Dental Association, and is a past president of the Nevada Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Waggoner has been married for over 40 years to his wife, Linda Ann, a Marriage and Family Therapist. They have four grown children, Dr. Tesha Waggoner, a pediatric dentist; Luke, an Emergency Room physician; Grant, a Marriage and Family Therapist; and Clark, a trainer for a global telematics company. His spare time is devoted to visiting his family, reading, and traveling.

He feels blessed to have recruited so many fine pediatric dentists and staff to work with and to have the opportunity to serve the children of Las Vegas for so many years.

Audrey Nghiem DDS

Originally from Mansfield, Texas, Dr. Audrey is a native Texan. She attended UT Arlington and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Audrey Nghiem then went on to attend Baylor College of Dentistry. Soon after graduation, she began working in Texas with a primary focus on kids. It was at this time that Dr. Audrey developed her love for pediatrics. After eight years of practicing, she decided that her calling was to go on to a pediatric dentistry residency and further develop her knowledge and skills. Dr. Nghiem is a graduate of the UNLV School of Dental Medicine – Pediatric Dentistry Program.

Her passion is not only providing a great dental experience to children of all ages, but also for her family. Dr. Audrey and her husband have two amazing little boys named Jameson and Jackson. They love to spend time together as a family as much as they can.

Lisa Antuna – Executive Manager

Lisa was born in Covington Kentucky and relocated to Las Vegas with her family when she was very young. Lisa has worked in the medical field for over 22 years; she has extensive training in practice management. In 2005, Lisa was given the opportunity to come and work for Pediatric Dental Care Associates. Lisa has been married to her husband Dino since 1984! They have 3 beautiful children, Angelo, Autym and Nico. She enjoys staying involved with her children and their activities, training and riding sport bikes with her husband

Natalie Mallory – Dental Assistant

I started at PDCA in May 2012 because I love working with children; they make me laugh. I never know how they may act or what they may say. It keeps us on guard every day. I get to work with great doctors and love to see how they each care deeply for the children we treat.

I have two boys that are both in college and in my spare time I love hanging with my family. My favorite thing to do is go for a long ride on my bicycle. The more I ride the happier I am.

Daevina Arrerondondo – Dental Assistant

Daevina started with the PDCA team at the Sahara office February 2012. She’s has been in the dental field for over 10 years. Daevina is originally from Mobile, Alabama but was raised in Southern California. She is married to her best friend and soul mate Jose and they have 6 beautiful children. She loves to spend time with her family camping (she says she is not afraid of bugs) and spending quiet time with the Lord!

Annabell Santiago – Dental Assistant

I was born and raised in Las Vegas. I have been a dental assistant for three years and started at PDCA in May of 2018. Working with children and the dentists always brighten my day. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and taking long walks with my loyal companion Bane who is a beautiful Rottweiler.

Jocelyn – Prophy Tech

My name is Jocelyn, and I started working for PDCA in May 2022. I am originally from California but was born and raised in Las Vegas. I love working with children. I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Carrie Sorensen – Billing Specialist

Carrie was born in Australia and was raised by kangaroos; she married a zookeeper and learned to wrestle alligators. She gave birth to two beautiful female koalas. She moved to the U.S. a few years ago and has gone through extensive training to humanize her again. She is also an amazing billing specialist, with 25 years of experience and has been with our office since October 2012. In her free time, she loves camping, fishing, hunting, and riding UTVs with her family and friends.

Autym Antuna – Front Office Coordinator

Autym has been with PDCA since 2007. She is our front office utility girl… that means she is a great multitasker. She graduated from beauty school and is a licensed traveling cosmetologist. Autym enjoys working with people and loves kids. In her spare time she like to eat and work out, she also enjoys hiking and just having fun and enjoying life to its fullest.

Marissa S. – Front Desk

Marissa is one of our young Koalas. She has been with PDCA since September of 2021. She was raised in Las Vegas and loves being around kids. Marissa graduated with her Associate of Science degree in December of 2020 and is going to school to become a Dental Hygienist. She wants to specialize in Pediatrics as well. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with her family.
